Modern Communications –½ credit- R

* Modern Communications is a required ½ credit course focusing on various aspects of communication in our daily lives. This course fulfills the state speech requirement. Students are expected to learn and apply communication situations to life experiences. There is an emphasis on speaking in front of the class as often as possible, so students must prepare and deliver many kinds of speeches, such as informative, persuasive, how-to, interview, etc.  Modern Communications is taken during the 12^th grade.
